Who Is Inspire?
Sarah Berry is the owner, founder, and Board Certified Analyst of Inspire Services. Sarah has been in the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) field for 15 years and has enjoyed every moment of it. Sarah started working with children at 15 years old as a dance and theater teacher. She quickly worked her way up to being the Director of Children’s Theater at the age of 18. At that time, Sarah was going to Cuesta Community College, where she earned her AA in Early Childhood Education, and was also teaching in a preschool. It was at this preschool that Sarah discovered one of her students had autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and Sarah wanted to do anything and everything to help. When Sarah’s student’s Behavior Technician came into to support, Sarah discovered a new field of work that she has been in ever since starting as a Behavior Technician and working her way up to getting her BA in Liberal Studies specialization in Education and MS in Psychology with a Specialization In Applied Behavioral Analysis, getting her BCBA and becoming an assistant director of a facility in California. When COVID happened, Sarah had a family emergency, which made her pause her ABA career and led her to start her own Dance and Theater company in California called InspireCo. In 2023, Sarah closed InspireCo. And moved to Salem, Oregon, where she worked for a behavior company. However, shortly after Sarah started working at this behavior company, she discovered that she wanted to start a company that met every client's needs, including ABA, Preschool, After-school programs, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Homeschooling, and many other services.
This is the goal that we at Inspire Services aim to fill!

Brianne Huff
All people start out as babies and children. When a child starts with a sure foundation, their foothold is strong, and they become robust community neighbors and fellow citizens. I love giving children help and guidance to develop their own gifts into what leads to a maximum potential of freedom, confidence, and joy, as they identify who they are and their relationship to the world.
I am Brianne Huff. My compassion for helping people started in my roots with a strong mother who helped shape my moral character. Followed by teachers, mentors, and humble leaders who touched my life. I served my community as a Sheriff’s Deputy for 9+ years, and instructional assistant in an emotional disturbance and behavioral disorder program for 7 years in a public school setting. I have been employed and entrusted personally to attend to the needs of an adult with autism. I have hundreds of hours of advanced training ranging from ethics and morals to ASIST training. I’ve trained with the LAPD air crew and Federal Law Enforcement. I have many hours of training and experience in raising and caring for our most vulnerable people, our children and people with disabilities.
